Overview
Pointman Leadership Institute has been a key partner of JAM in training and equipping leaders everywhere we go. The Pointman seminars are always impactful and this is such a powerful way to equip leaders.
The Pointman training focuses on the character of a good leader- with character qualities such as integrity, discipline, humility and many more being the main focus of the training. Pointman trainees receive certificates after completing this training, but this training’s true value is seen in their lives as they practice these character qualities.
We are so excited about the growth that is taking place within our Pointman family in South Africa- with 15 new trainers being added to Limpopo and Zimbabwe. Not only will these leaders be able to help us train even more leaders, but they are already using the knowledge gained through this training in their own spheres of influence!
In 2024, we have hosted 5 seminars so far- hosting 2 groups at the leadership centre and presenting the training in Modimolle and Mavhuza. This training is impactful to both young and old- from church leaders to youth, everyone finds growth through this training! We recently had the privilege to present the seminar in Botswana, and we are looking forward to training even more leaders in this country in the future!
We are looking forward to presenting more seminars, because we know that this seminar is life-changing.
