Coaching focuses on asking powerful questions. We see this is the life of Jesus as he asked his disciples powerful questions that lead to deeper reflection and discovery. We use coaching as a tool in our discipleship relationships to provoke reflection towards the Holy Spirit. We have created coaching communities that provides Community, Coaching, Training and Resources. Leader Mundial (http://leadermundial.org/) is our key partner in this endeavor.
We have established a Leader Mundial Cape Town Community and meet for one Saturday morning every quarter. Leaders and Coaches come from all over Cape Town for an impactful morning together.
Since 2010 we have gathered leaders from all over South Africa and other parts of Southern Africa (Malawi and Zimbabwe) . Just like in our regional meetings, this is an extended time (4 days) of intentional community, training, coaching and resource sharing.
A Champion is a key leader that we journey with in order to support them to grow in their impact. These leaders are not necessarily members of JAM but is considered a partner. Coaching takes place through regular phone calls, visits and fellowship at our annual summit.
