Overview
We had the privilege of presenting a Pointman Leadership Training for the mentors and leaders of Rainbow Dream Trust, an organization that supports underprivileged youth in Cape Town. This training took place from the 20th until the 22nd of May.
This also served as an opportunity for some of our new Pointman trainers to gain experience presenting the course. They did an excellent job and we are excited for the future of our partnership with Pointman in Africa.
The interaction and feedback thereafter was very positive. After the training, they all made a commitment to become better leaders of character in their communities.
We hope that they will continue to raise other leaders and influence them on their journey.
