Overview
We hosted 2 Pointman seminars during our time in Mavhuza village, reaching the girls’ soccer team from 2 villages and youth leaders from 4 villages.
On the 25th of March, we hosted 27 girls that form part of the soccer teams in Mavhuza and Phikela. These girls are role models to other younger girls in their communities, and we were able to talk with them about the importance of using their influence for the good of those around them.
On the 2nd of April, we hosted 25 youth leaders from Bokisi, Mapuve, Mavhuza, and Siyandhani villages. We had both junior and senior leaders present, which gave this seminar a unique dynamic.
The leaders that were a part of these seminars expressed gratitude for this helpful, character-based leadership training course.
