Overview
Leader Mundial is a key partner for JAM as we seek to give leaders a coaching community in which they can grow together. Apart from our special annual Leader Mundial Africa summit, we have had multiple local gatherings- where leaders get to share their hearts with one another.
The local gathering started with Leader Mundial Cape Town, a quarterly meeting where leaders from all over Cape Town would gather on a Saturday for a time of worship, training and coaching. We are so grateful for the group of faithful leaders who have taken ownership of these gatherings after we have moved to Limpopo.
We are excited to expand these local gatherings and in 2024we have had the privilege of launching two local gatherings. Gerhard had the opportunity to visit Zimbabwe for the launch of Leader Mundial Zimbabwe- a gathering which we hope to see grow as we develop our partnerships in this beautiful country.
We also launched a local Leader Mundial in the Waterberg region, with leaders from Modimolle, Mokopane, and Mookghopong attending this gathering. We hosted this first gathering on the same day that the Leader Mundial Cape Town gathering took place and it was so special to know that leaders that are separated by distance are able to grow and worship at the same time.
We are trusting God to grow this leadership community and we are so grateful for all the people who are part of this community that is impacting their spheres of leadership for Christ!
