Overview
We hosted a team of fathers and daughters from Woodside Family Church, which is based in Michigan, USA. The group worked with us from our local base in Mavhusa, Limpopo.
This team intentionally spent time ministering through soccer, hosting the first ever girls’ soccer tournament in the village. They also donated brand new equipment to the Mavhusa Sports Club, a newly established local girls’ team.
We had the privilege of being part of the first practice session with the new kits.
We also spent time with the children of the school and specifically the children of the Limpopo Dream Centre. This was such a highlight as the teams from Woodside and JAM partnered to bless these children and were blessed with joy and by having fun with them in return.
